Terms of Use
Last updated September 6, 2026
These terms cover the Perflexity app and perflexity.io, operated by GT Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Contact: hello@perflexity.io.
The product
Perflexity is a workout logger and AI coach. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for a qualified trainer. You are responsible for how you train, including form, load, and rest. Stop if something hurts and talk to a professional when you need one.
Accounts
You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. Keep your login to yourself. You can delete the account in Settings. Deletion removes the account and the training data tied to it. Guest use (where offered) stays on that device and is not a full account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content you add
You own your workouts, photos, and messages. You give us a license to store them and to process them so the product works, including sending them to AI providers when you ask the coach to look at them. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
Subscriptions
Some features are offered as a paid plan after a 14-day trial. If you subscribe on the web, Stripe processes the payment. Manage or cancel that plan from Settings in the app or from the customer portal Stripe emails you. If you buy through the App Store, Apple's terms also apply to billing, renewal, and refunds, and you manage that subscription in iOS Settings.
Availability
We try to keep the app and coach online. Things still go down. Offline logging on the phone is meant to cover gyms with bad signal; cloud sync needs a connection.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GT Labs is not liable for injuries, missed workouts, or lost data. If a court finds we are liable anyway, that amount is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months, or fifty dollars, whichever is more.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, that is acceptance of the new terms.
